This website is operated by Susie Fox. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Susie Fox. Susie Fox offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Susie Fox reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Susie Fox.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Susie Fox, standard in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of the first delivery attempt. The merchandise must be in original condition; We do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. The original label must still be attached to all items. In addition, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any altered items. These would include custom sizing, engraving, and rhodium polishing, and special orders – essentially, any items that we do not usually keep in stock or that have to be custom made. All Bespoke and Custom orders are final sale. At Susie Fox Jewelry, we are confident that you will be thrilled with your jewelry; however, if the item is not to your liking or specifications, we feel that 5 days is enough time to evaluate your purchase.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express or bank wire transfers.
All Bespoke jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment from the customer. Some Custom jewelry orders take approximately 3-6 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery (this delivery will be sent overnight). Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Susie Fox is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Susie Fox offices. If your order is sent back to Susie Fox by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. Susie Fox does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
We aim to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Susie Fox shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Susie Fox has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
To return an in-stock item, you must first email us to obtain a return authorization number. Without a return authorization number, the item will be shipped back to the sender. Your return package should include the item, along with all original packaging, stickers, tags, and documents that came with it. Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price, and ship it to our address at Susie Fox. Please note that Susie Fox is not responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. For security purposes, do not write the word ‘jewelry’ anywhere on the outside of the box.
Note that Bespoke and Custom items are final sale and not-returnable.
Once the item is received by Susie Fox, our quality assurance department will inspect the merchandise. Please allow up to five business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.
